Physical Education

We include physical education as a part of our curriculum to develop students’ fine and gross motor skills. We set objectives for each age group that aid in the necessary physical development. The challenge for the body and mind is seen as an essential element of growing up in Manthan. Physical education also helps in developing good habits, self-care abilities and a healthy lifestyle.

Sports

At Manthan, students are introduced to different types of sports where they develop their physical and mental strengths. We aim to improve students’ stamina, balance, agility, and concentration.

The club offers expert coaching and training, allowing students to learn and perfect their skills. Additionally, they have the opportunity to represent the school in various competitions both within and outside of the state. This gives them an excellent platform to showcase their abilities and compete with others at the same level.

The Physical Education Club offers students opportunities to participate in indoor and outdoor games and activities such as football, basketball, volleyball/throwball, and athletics. Club members learn the skills and strategies of the game from professionally trained experts and represent the school in local and out-of-state competitions.
