Dear Parents,
Greetings!
Wishing you all a very Happy New Year!
As we step into 2025 with renewed hopes and aspirations, I want to take a moment to reflect on the year gone by. I feel immense satisfaction in looking back at how, together, we made 2024 an eventful and memorable year for our dear students. We have achieved remarkable milestones, celebrated successes, and overcome challenges with resilience and collaboration.
Most importantly, we have provided our students with a rich learning experience, one that has not only enriched their minds but also shaped their character. Each day, we strived to foster an environment of growth, curiosity, and creativity, ensuring our students gained knowledge while also developing the skills that will serve them well in the future.
In today’s rapidly evolving world, academic excellence alone is no longer sufficient to prepare students for the complexities of life and work. The challenges of the 21st century—such as digital transformation, global interconnectedness, and the growing need for resilience—demand a holistic approach to education. At Manthan, we recognise that nurturing Life Competencies is essential for empowering our students to become adaptable, innovative, and socially responsible individuals.
Our commitment to Life Competencies is deeply intertwined with our Shared Idea of Learning, which emphasises that learning is a continuous journey of acquiring knowledge, skills, values, and attitudes through meaningful and repeated experiences. These competencies—Digital, Cognitive, Self-Leadership, Interpersonal, and Global—form the foundation of our academic and co-curricular programs, equipping students to not only excel academically but also thrive in diverse environments and contribute meaningfully to society.
I would also like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude for your active participation in the NPS Survey. Your honest feedback is invaluable to us, and we have carefully reviewed your suggestions with a positive mindset. Rest assured, we are committed to continuous improvement, and your partnership is vital in this journey towards enhancing the standards of our school.
As we approach the board examination season, I extend my best wishes to our students who are preparing to showcase their hard work and dedication. I encourage all parents to consistently support their children during this exam time. Your encouragement and understanding can significantly impact their confidence and performance.
Once again, thank you for your unwavering trust and support. We look forward to another year of nurturing our students’ potential. Together, let’s continue to create an inspiring and meaningful journey for them in 2025.
On December 17, 2024, Manthan School introduced its latest initiative, Coffee Catchup with the Principal, aimed at strengthening parent-school engagement. This innovative platform provides parents within the Manthan community an opportunity to connect directly with the principal and teachers in an informal setting over coffee.
The initiative is designed to encourage meaningful discussions focused on the holistic development of Manthan students. Parents can openly share their thoughts, suggestions, and concerns, knowing they will be met with a solution-oriented and constructive approach by the school authorities.
By fostering transparent communication and collaboration, Coffee Catchup with the Principal reaffirms Manthan School’s commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive environment for its students and their families.
