We are incredibly thankful to Mr. Ramakrishna, Ms.Shalini and the entire Manthan team including the teaching and administration staff for their immense moral support and guidance to our daughter. Teachers and Trina’s friends go an extra mile to assist Trina in catching up with academics when she misses the classes during the competitions. The whole Manthan staff is very approachable and support the children in any regards. Manthan provides good quality education successfully preparing children for their learning and future growth, and we highly recommend the school.
Fantastic curriculum, amazing teachers, and an excellent mentor/principal with a lot of energy and enthusiasm in delivering the course content in the right format. Both our kids are attending 8th and 9th grades at Manthan and they love the school and the teachers. The saying goes ‘children need to know how much we care, before they care how much we know’. Manthan’s teachers live by this – they care. So, whether it is spending extra time with a child going through a difficult period, giving extra support to a child struggling with certain academic concepts or encouraging them to try harder, Manthan’s teachers journey with the children with competence and compassion.
Manthan is an exceptional school, which is student centred and provides a holistic environment for the overall wellbeing of the students. Being a chemistry teacher at Manthan for the past five years has been a great experience. Teachers are encouraged to implement modern teaching methodologies to give the best classroom learning experience to students. Teachers are trained by professionals to learn skills such as conducting Quality Circle Time and inculcating positive behaviour in students. A ‘show and tell’ method of teaching is encouraged and students are taken to the science labs frequently to conduct experiments and discuss observations. The management continuously strives to upgrade the labs and infrastructure. It has been a blessing to work with dedicated and talented faculty who inspire me every day to give my best to the students.
I have been working with Manthan for the last 2 years. From day one, it has been a nurturing environment, rewarding to work in. This space allows us to utilise our creativity and surrounds us with experienced mentors, in our field and otherwise, who guide us at all times. Everyone here is always treated with value, dignity; the organisation prioritises the wellbeing of its employees. Overall, Manthan has been a fun space that provides a stimulating environment to its employees to grow along with assuring a work life balance. I highly recommend that you witness it too.
I’ve been in Manthan for more than 10 years now, and it hasn’t let me down yet. Wherever I went, I always had wonderful teachers who not only taught well, but also connected with all the students in a very friendly manner. The material here was more than enough to keep my academics in good shape. Overall, it has been a very fun 10 years here with my teachers and friends.
I am Vaishnavi Vatade currently studying in grade 10 and I have been in this school since Grade 3. In Manthan, not only have I improved my skills but have also gained a wider knowledge about various other topics. The school makes sure that along with education, the students learn valuable morals and ethics. The teachers are extremely supportive and cooperative! Additionally, the projects given by the school have improved the research and art skills of the students. Manthan is a place where students learn enthusiastically and enjoy enormously!
Having been a Manthanite for about 6 years, I have seen myself evolve along with the school. I attribute my success in both – academics as well as extra-curriculars – to all the teachers and staff of Manthan who have always supported and encouraged me. The holistic approach that is the hallmark of Manthan has been instrumental in helping me adapt to college life very quickly. On the whole, Manthan provided me with a great foundation for my future.
